Terms of purchase

This version is effective from 18 September 2026.

1. General provisions

These terms set out the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller — MB „Jono prekyba“ — when purchasing goods in the online store windoor.lt. By placing an order the buyer confirms having read and accepted the terms.

2. Order and conclusion of the contract

The buyer selects a product and its configuration (finish, leaf version, opening, door type, width, lock; the frame and handle are ordered as separate products) and places the order, providing contact and delivery details. The contract is deemed concluded when the seller emails an order confirmation with the final configuration and price.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros including 21 % VAT. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout and shown before confirmation. Payment is possible by card or online banking via Paysera, or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. The order is put into production once payment is received.

4. Delivery

Delivery costs and lead times are described on the “Delivery” page. Made-to-order doors are delivered within 2–6 weeks of receipt of payment. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods at the stated address and to inspect the packaging in the courier’s presence.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Standard-configuration goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided they are unused and in the original packaging. Goods made to the buyer’s individual configuration cannot be returned (Civil Code art. 6.228¹⁰ (2)(3)).

6. Quality

Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Quality claims are submitted by email to info@windoor.lt; the seller responds within 2 working days.

7. Personal data

The buyer’s data is processed to fulfil the order in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Final provisions

Disputes are resolved by negotiation; failing agreement — in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
