Common questions about choosing doors, frames, lead times and returns.
How do I tell the opening side of a door?
Stand so that the door opens towards you. Hinges on the left — a left-hand door; on the right — a right-hand door. The side can be changed in the configurator at no extra cost.
Are the frame and handle included in the door price?
No. The price is for the leaf. Choose a frame for your wall thickness in the “Frames” section and a handle in the “Handles” section; pick the same finish as the leaf.
Which frame should I choose: standard or adjustable?
A standard frame suits walls 75–95 mm thick. An adjustable frame covers a thicker wall completely without extension boards, so it looks neater and installs faster. A rebate-less door needs a rebate-less frame.
What is the difference between rebated and rebate-less doors?
A rebate-less door sits flush with the frame when closed and comes with a magnetic lock. It suits minimalist interiors and narrow spaces; the type is chosen in the configurator.
How long does delivery take?
Doors are made to order and delivered within 2–6 weeks of payment. The exact date is stated in the order confirmation.
Can I return a door?
Doors made to an individual configuration cannot be returned. Doors damaged in transit are replaced with new ones: if you notice packaging damage, note it on the courier’s report and contact us straight away — see “Delivery”.
Can I see the doors in person?

Do you issue VAT invoices to companies?
Yes. Tick “Buying on behalf of a company” in the checkout form and enter the company details — the VAT invoice is emailed together with the order confirmation.
